Ethos Laboratories is proud to partner with school districts during the 2021-2022 school year to provide COVID-19 testing solutions. Ethos’ FDA Emergency Use Authorized (EUA) COVID-19 PCR test identifies active infections in symptomatic or asymptomatic individuals.

How do I get my child/children tested?

Create an account and register your child/children. You will have the ability to opt anyone who was registered to opt them out of testing. If you have opted them out of testing you will have the opportunity opt them back in to testing.

How do I opt out of testing?

If you have a student/students registered for testing, on the MY ACCOUNT page you will see the registered student's name and below that is a button that will opt out(or opt in) of testing.
Si tiene un estudiante / estudiantes registrados para la prueba, en la página MI CUENTA verá el nombre del estudiante registrado y debajo hay un botón que optará por no participar (u optar por participar) en las pruebas.
